Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of M&A, joint venture, and de novo development opportunities in alignment with strategic priorities.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to assess target geographies, industry trends, and prospective partners.
Oversee financial modeling, valuation analysis, and business case development to support acquisition and de novo initiatives.
Prepare high-impact materials, including investment memoranda, pitch decks, and board-level presentations.
Manage the deal pipeline and tracking process, ensuring timely follow-ups with potential partners and internal stakeholders.
Lead transaction due diligence efforts in coordination with finance, legal, operations, and integration teams.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with health system executives, provider leaders, and other strategic partners.
Contribute to strategic planning activities, including growth reporting, performance tracking, and pipeline updates.
Represent Business Development in cross-functional forums, ensuring alignment between strategic growth objectives and operational execution.
Remote with 30% travel as needed.
Bachelor’s degree required.
5+ years of experience in healthcare business development, corporate development, investment banking, or private equity.
Proven expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction structuring.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across stakeholders.
Highly organized and experienced at managing multiple projects, priorities, and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
