Why We Need You!

We are seeking a Manager, Product Management to lead cross-functional internal delivery teams focused on building innovative solutions and driving efficiency within supply chain organizations. This role is critical in ensuring that our supply chain product portfolio meets the needs of the market, focused largely on rugged mobile devices, warehouse operations software and some industrial IoT. 

The Manager, Product Management will guide teams responsible for internal production systems—including leveraging Ivanti’s own products for solutions—and will oversee product development lifecycles, prioritization, and delivery to meet strategic business goals.

This role will be functionally responsible for defining the strategic product roadmap, guiding UX to design product functionality and working with engineering to deliver on that roadmap. In addition, this person will work with other functional groups to ensure product delivery and go to market success.

What You Will Be Doing

Product Leadership:

• Define and manage the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for supply chain focused software.
• Lead UX and documentation teams to deliver on roadmap and product adoption goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, providing enhanced reporting, dashboards, sprint reviews, and continuous status updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate business requirements, ensuring delivered solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Project & Delivery Management:

• Organize and manage the intake process for enhancements, and bugs, evaluating requests based on need, value, and execution complexity.
• Manage product backlogs with a focus on prioritization and delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that product delivery is a success.

Problem Solving and Risk Mitigation:

• Conduct risk assessments and escalate issues where necessary, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders on resolution plans.
• Work with internal teams to address and prioritize critical bugs according to SLAs.

Customer & Product Feedback:

• Gather feedback on Ivanti product usage and features from sales, customers and partners and share recommendations with stakeholders to influence product enhancements.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have

Experience:

• At least 5 years of Product Management experience, ideally with supply chain software systems, mobile applications or enterprise platforms.
• Proven expertise in managing product lifecycles and aligning technology services to strategic business goals.

Skills:

• Advanced skills in process analysis, business requirements definition, and conducting risk assessments.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills for managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Ability to pivot quickly and make decisions with urgency while prioritizing customer and team success.

Mindset:

• A fast learner, driven by curiosity and adaptability.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating delivery teams.

Roadmap for Success

• First 90 Days:
  • Gain a deep understanding of Ivanti's products, services, and solutions
  • Familiarize yourself with the supply chain software space
  • Collaborate with Development, User Experience, Support, Sales, Marketing, and other teams to understand product requirements and shape the functionality of the product
  • Become a champion of the product roadmap and strategy, and effectively communicate it to customers and customer-facing teams
  • Assess customer enhancement requests and requirements against business needs and long-term priorities
  • Assume a leadership role in driving product innovation and differentiation
• First 6 Months:
  • Collaborate with UX & engineering teams to build customer-centric offerings and distinguish competitively
  • Define go-to-market strategies with sales, marketing, service, and support teams to drive product feature adoption and recurring revenue growth
  • Evangelize the product through frequent interactions with customers, prospects, partners, and employees
  • Continue to develop your knowledge of warehouse operations and supply chain software
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements based on market research and customer feedback
• First 12 Months:
  • Further refine the product strategy and align it with long-term company growth objectives
  • Continue to engage with customers and partners to gather insights and identify areas for product improvements
