DSI Systems Inc., a DIRECTV Distributor and an authorized AT&T Representative partner specializing in sales enablement, has an immediate career opportunity for a Vice President of Sales Operations for our Enterprise Sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing the systems, processes, and strategies that drive scalable and efficient sales performance across the organization. This role plays a critical part in aligning cross-functional teams, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring our sales organization is positioned for sustained growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall sales operations strategy to support the company’s revenue goals and sales effectiveness.
  • Oversee forecasting, territory planning, sales and ops pipeline management, and performance analytics to support informed decision-making.
  • Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, and other departments to ensure operational alignment and resource efficiency.
  • Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing Sales Operations team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation to include Enterprise Sales Contact Center and Field Operations Team.
  • Own the implementation and optimization of sales technologies and tools, including various systems, automation platforms, and reporting dashboards.
  • Create and maintain effective compensation structures, quota models, and incentive plans to motivate and drive performance.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of sales data and reporting and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Drive change management initiatives to improve process adoption, training, and onboarding.
  • Identify and remove operational bottlenecks to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and contractual obligations across the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success driving sales performance through operational leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience working with CRM and BI tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience building or scaling sales operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
