About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Partnerships Associate to support our business development team. This is an entry-level position ideal for fresh graduates or those with internship experience in sales, marketing, or partnerships.
As part of the role, you'll research potential clients, support outreach campaigns, and assist in nurturing leads and partnerships to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and partners
  • Assist in drafting and sending outreach emails, follow-ups, and proposals
  • Support the sales pipeline through CRM updates and lead tracking
  • Schedule and coordinate calls/meetings with prospects and partners
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners
  • Assist in partnership onboarding and documentation

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Internship or coursework in sales, business development, or client management
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.) or CRM tools is a plus
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset
