Job description

Project Overview:

Join the Search R&T (Relevance & Trust) project and play a vital role in shaping the safety and accuracy of public search results. You’ll help analyze and label query content to determine whether it’s appropriate for public display—your insights will directly impact the online experience of users worldwide.


Key Responsibilities:

* Participate in full-time training from May 7–16, with live sessions, self-study, and testing (10:00 AM–7:00 PM JST). Attendance is mandatory, and no leave is allowed during this period.
* Go live starting May 19, working 6–8 hours per day.
* Choose one of two available shifts:
* Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (GMT+9)
* Night Shift: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (GMT+9)
* Select any 5 working days (Mon–Sun) that fit your schedule.


Who We’re Looking For:

* Native Japanese speakers residing in Japan.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
* Strong analytical, linguistic, and logical thinking skills.
* Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
* Prior experience in query evaluation, scoring, or similar labeling tasks.
* Culturally aware and up to date with online/social media trends.
* Able to handle sensitive content, including vulgar language, violence, fake news, and more.
* Committed to a fixed schedule with consistent availability.



Project Details:

* Duration: April 30, 2025 – April 30, 2026
* Data Volume: 100,000 cases
* Working Hours: 6–8 hours/day
* Payment: $0.19 per case, with an expected productivity of 100–110 cases/hour
