Job description

This is a remote position.

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Developer – Integration with expertise in MuleSoft to design, develop, and implement API-led integration solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, API development, and a deep understanding of integration best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
Develop and maintain RESTful & SOAP APIs, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
Work with DataWeave, RAML, JSON, XML, and message queues (JMS, Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.).
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and other developers to implement integration solutions.
Optimize API performance, ensure security best practices, and conduct unit testing.
Debug and troubleshoot integration issues, providing effective resolutions.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices in development.
Work within Agile/Scrum teams, following DevOps and CI/CD methodologies.

Keep up with emerging trends in integration technologies and contribute to innovation within the team

Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 3.x/4.x, API Manager, Runtime Manager, CloudHub).
Strong understanding of API development, microservices, and integration patterns.
Experience with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and API security principles.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) certification is preferred.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MuleSoft certifications (MuleSoft Certified Developer) will be preferred.
