Minimum 2+ years of experience with Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) support and enhancement., Proficiency in PolicyCenter including Integration & Configuration, APD, Integration Gateway, and Rating., Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and performance tracking., Willingness to provide coverage during EST hours until 10:30 PM..

Key responsibilities:

Support and enhance the Guidewire Cloud Platform functionalities.

Work on PolicyCenter integrations and configurations.

Collaborate with team members to ensure effective implementation of solutions.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues using Datadog.
