Frontend Team Lead

We’re looking for a talented and experienced Frontend Team Lead to join our R&D team and take ownership of the user experience that empowers tax authorities around the world to fight financial crimes. At IVIX, our mission is to uncover hidden business activity and combat tax evasion and money laundering through advanced AI and big data.

As a Frontend Team Lead, you will lead the development of our core platforms used by investigators and analysts globally. You will define and shape the architecture, mentor team members, and work closely with design, product, and backend teams to build powerful, intuitive, and beautiful user interfaces.

About the postion

• Lead and mentor a team of frontend developers, guiding development processes and ensuring high-quality delivery.
• Own the architecture and implementation of complex frontend systems using React, Node.js, Material UI, and Ant Design.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver clean, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces.
• Define and enforce best practices in code quality, testing, performance, and UX.
• Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flows and system performance.
• Drive innovation in frontend technologies and tools within the team.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on frontend development experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role, mentoring and guiding other engineers.
• Deep expertise in React.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Node.js in frontend/server-side rendering or full-stack setups.
• Solid understanding and practical use of Material UI and Ant Design component libraries.
• Proven ability to design large-scale, maintainable, and scalable UI systems.
• Experience working closely with UX/UI teams and implementing responsive, accessible designs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced startup or product environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
