Infios is seeking a strategic, results-oriented Head of PR to join our Corporate Communications team and lead the brand's public relations efforts. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of PR experience and a proven track record in media relations.

As the Head of PR, you will be responsible for helping shape and execute Infios’s PR strategy to drive impactful storytelling, strengthen brand leadership and influence the supply chain industry narrative. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Communications, this role demands a seasoned media relations expert to lead and execute PR initiatives, manage media relations, enhance our brand image and ensure the effective communication of key messages to target audiences. This role will work closely with senior leadership, internal teams and external PR agencies to drive positive media coverage, enhance public perception and support overall business objectives.

What a day in life of looks like: 

• Develop and execute integrated public relations strategies that reflect company goals and uphold brand values, ensuring alignment across global markets.

• Lead and manage media campaigns in collaboration with PR agencies, overseeing content creation and maintaining consistent messaging across platforms.

• Monitor media coverage, industry trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy and adapt PR tactics for maximum impact.

• Draft and edit high-quality external communications, including press releases, op-eds, and pitch materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

• Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external agencies, supporting product launches, corporate announcements, and executive visibility.

• Track and analyse PR campaign performance, providing regular reports to leadership with insights, media coverage metrics, and recommendations for improvement.

• Progressive experience in public relations, ideally within the supply chain or technology sector.

• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful media relations strategies aligned with business objectives and measurable outcomes.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a proven ability to create compelling content for press releases, thought leadership, and media engagement.

• Strong organisational, communication and public speaking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborative and proactive approach, capable of working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and executive teams in fast-paced environments.

• Highly adaptable, comfortable working remotely across time zones, and effective under pressure with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
