Senior Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness (Remote)
Full-time, Costa Rica
The CSS Project Readiness Senior Project Analyst II is responsible for vetting different types of projects involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations, and core business process changes. The Senior Project Analyst II may also work on some project requests as defined by IPCM Management.
As a Senior Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness, you will
Vet projects according to the information provided
Lead vetting and collaboration calls leveraging CSS MS Teams and Project Readiness protocols
Be accountable for local, regional, and global project coordination with a broad scope of multi-national countries
Facilitate effective and constant communication with all relevant parties (internal/external)
Keep the project sponsor(s) and stakeholders informed about the status of the project
Facilitate and drive decision-making and escalation concerning the projects assigned
About You
Previous experience in the travel industry
Proven success in leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations
Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Must have good communication skills (written and oral) in English
Must be reliable and be flexible with working hours based on the needs of the projects
Experience with Project Management software and good technical skills in GDS is a plus

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Project Analyst II, CSS Project Readiness is between 60,000 and 75,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience and geographical location. Costa Rican compensation range will be reviewed during the interview process.
