Job Title: Remote Cold Caller & SDR (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 USD/month + $50 bonus per qualified meeting booked, $200 bonus per deal closed from meetings sourced.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (Central Time)

Our client is a full-service marketing firm that specializes in creating high-impact investor presentations, websites, and branding materials for private equity, venture capital, and real estate investment firms. Their mission is to help investment managers raise capital more effectively through world-class marketing collateral. They are a fully remote company with a fast-paced, supportive, and results-driven culture.


We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team and help expand our client's outbound sales efforts. As an SDR, you will be responsible for cold calling prospective investment firms, qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our internal sales team. This role is critical to scaling their business and requires a resilient, driven, and coachable individual who is passionate about sales and eager to learn.


Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound cold calls to targeted prospects daily.
  • Follow a proven cold-calling script and adapt messaging based on the conversation.
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity records in our CRM system (HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly quotas for calls, meetings scheduled, and qualified leads.


Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:


  • 1–3 years of SDR, BDR, or cold-calling experience (required).
  • Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies (required).
  • Fluent English (C1 or higher) with minimal to no accent (required).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly resilient with the ability to handle rejection and continue prospecting.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with excellent CRM hygiene.
  • Prior experience in B2B services, marketing, or financial industries is a plus.
  • Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, or similar is a plus.
