Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and resilient Part-Time Virtual Assistant - Land Acquisition Caller to join Our Client's dynamic team. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct outbound calls to landowners to gauge their interest in selling their property. This is an excellent opportunity for a persuasive communicator who is passionate about lead generation and relationship building.


Responsibilities of the role:

Conduct outbound calls to a list of landowners provided by Our Client.

Engage in conversations to identify interest in selling land.

Gather basic information about properties, with a focus on utilities and road systems.

Maintain composure and persistence when faced with initial rejection.

Document and update lead information accurately.

Follow up with prospects as needed to nurture potential leads.

Adhere strictly to the script and calling guidelines provided by Our Client.


Required Experience and Qualifications:

Fluent English speaker with slight or no accent.

Previous experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or telemarketing.

Strong communication and active listening skills.

Ability to engage landowners and overcome initial objections.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of perseverance.

Ability to work part-time (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexibility to scale up based on performance.


Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in real estate, land acquisition, or similar industries.

Familiarity with basic real estate terminology and property evaluation factors.

Experience in persuasive conversation techniques.


Personality:

Resilient and able to handle rejection without discouragement.

Proactive, engaging, and inquisitive.

Organized, detail-oriented, and diligent in updating records.

Persistent with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.


Software & Tools

CRM software for tracking leads and call notes.

Call dialing platforms or VOIP services (tools provided or suggested by Our Client).

Salary and Benefits:

Payment in USD or Local Currency according to candidate's preference.
