About the Role

We are looking for a Product Specialist who is passionate about promoting products that customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to help design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.



What you'll do

  • Work with business units in developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.

  • Analyse competitive marketplace and industry trends to accordingly develop business strategies for revenue generation.

  • Obtain customer feedback and suggest appropriate product revisions.

  • Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams in product development activities.

  • Recommend product enhancements and updates to identify new business opportunities.

  • Support the marketing team in developing sales and marketing strategies for profitability.

  • Prepare and update product training materials.

  • Conduct product and sales training for sales, marketing, and support teams.

  • Conduct product and sales training for partners and customers.

  • Assist in new product introduction and release activities.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide product engineering, development, management, and sales solutions.

  • Address customer issues and concerns in a timely fashion to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work with the business team to identify new customers and retain existing customers.

  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, business flow, sales process, and market dynamics.

  • Maintain complete documentation for all product-related activities.
