Summary
Quality Assurance is a critical part to the optimization of our performance through continuous process improvement. This position will drive and assist with activities which include, but are not limited to:
- Completing highly visible quality compliance audits and quality improvement initiatives with significant business impact.
- Employing excellent assessment techniques, including proper scoping, testing, report writing and stakeholder management.
- Effectively conducting and clearly documenting needs assessments, gap analysis, and root cause analysis to propose innovative mitigation strategies.
- Providing education to stakeholders across the account around Operational impacts, contract compliance, quality governance and standards, continuous quality improvement, and effective quality planning.
- Promoting an organizational culture of continuous quality improvement and employee empowerment.
Your role in our mission
- Assess, develop, and execute quality assessments of business quality systems, policies, and practices to ensure compliance with internal, industry, and client standards and requirements by business area.
- Compile and communicate reports/results to leadership; propose changes to business processes and policies to improve quality and minimize risk of failures.
- Act as a change agent to ensure that Quality Assurance methodologies are being supported and sustained within the organization. This includes effective mentoring to promote ‘buy in’ from key stakeholders for continuous quality improvement.
- Lead and/or participate in large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization’s long-term goals and objectives, including development and maintenance of detailed work plans, estimates, schedules, and status reports.
- Conducts other duties as assigned.
What we're looking for
- At least 6 years of experience in an audit, quality assurance, or process improvement or data quality role.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Audit, Lean Six Sigma certifications or other training preferred.
- Healthcare or insurance industry experience is preferred.

The pay range for this position is $63,000 - 90,000 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
