We work with product-led companies that are scaling their teams and looking for talented individuals to drive internal projects, improve operations, and support decision-making. For this specific need, our clients are B2C SaaS companies, typically with 30–150 people, building products in i.e wellness, finance, productivity, and digital lifestyle.

Most are product-led companies backed by top investors, operating remotely across hubs in larger cities around Europe, but generally with a remote-first approach. They run lean, high-impact teams and value structured thinking, fast execution, and clear communication.

You’ll join cross-functional environments where Strategy & Ops roles work closely with founders, product, and growth leads.


🎯 What You’ll Typically Do

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, your job is to help improve internal execution, support business strategy, and drive cross-functional collaboration.


  • Coordinate strategic projects across product, growth, and finance
  • Build reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Analyze performance and support decision-making with insights
  • Help define internal processes, tools, and planning cadences
  • Contribute to org-wide projects like OKRs, team planning, or quarterly reviews


Typical tools: Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, PowerPoint, Tableau, Slack, HubSpot


🙋 Is this you?

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, business ops, or generalist problem-solving roles
  • Experience in B2C tech products
  • You’re analytical but highly practical — you like making things happen
  • Strong communicator, especially in remote and async teams
  • Comfortable working across multiple topics and teams
  • Bonus: experience in SaaS, venture-backed companies, or consulting/startups
