At HiCareer, we’ve spent years building, researching, and working hands-on with candidates and companies — all to understand what’s truly missing in the job market.

We’re two co-founders based in Gothenburg, Sweden, driven to create a product that gives people clarity, structure, and support through every stage of career life. So we built a platform that helps individuals discover opportunities, organize their careers, and get the guidance they need — every step of the way.

🛠 What you’ll be working on

You’ll work closely with the co-founders (Fredrik & Dejan), and take the lead on critical product and platform improvements. Some examples:

Build personalized, AI-powered features that help users discover and land the right jobs
Improve frontend and backend performance to scale with 100-1000x more usage
Develop internal tools (scraping, automations, integrations) that give us a competitive edge
Ship features that support users through every step — from discovery to application to career growth
Contribute to shaping the product vision, roadmap, and technical structure
