Job description

We're looking for a seasoned Technical Lead / Senior Software Developer with deep expertise in Adobe Experience Manager / AEM.

This role will lead our client's technical team - they're a well-established global digital agency with a rock-solid client portfolio (you name it!).

Nb. This role is open to candidates based in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, or Vietnam, to work remotely.

What You Do.

Lead the development process by setting technical direction, defining standards, and contributing to the codebase
Architect and implement AEM solutions
Provide leadership and mentorship to engineers
Coordinate across department, with designers, QA, and project stakeholders
Manage technical project elements - timelines, potential risks, and delivery quality
Encourage innovation by exploring new tools, frameworks, and practices that can boost performance or productivity

What You Bring.

5+ years of hands-on experience in software development
Solid experience in Adobe Experience Manager / AEM both cloud-based and on-prem setups
Foundation in Java, and others like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Familiarity with cloud such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, and RESTful API
Experience leading development teams and managing technical delivery in Agile settings
Solid grasp of user experience principles, software architecture, and DevOps practices
Clear communication skills in English
