Job description

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer (Web). In this role, you will work with a mature QA process, established tools, and a strong team, while also having space to grow. You will be able to deepen your expertise by working with relational and document-oriented databases, REST APIs, proxy tools, and analytics. You'll have the opportunity to try your hand at testing marketing logic, supporting A/B experiments, and influencing product quality at scale. It's a solid environment for those who want to strengthen their core QA skills and expand into more complex testing scenarios step by step

In this role, you will
  • Perform manual testing of internal web products using API tools and databases
  • Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing for various web functionalities
  • Create test documentation including test cases, bug reports, and checklists
  • Participate in SCRUM processes and the full software development lifecycle
  • Support and execute A/B testing initiatives
  • Work with internal products such as admin panels
  • Investigate bugs and analyze their root causes
  • Build test reports to communicate findings and quality trends
  • Contribute to improving the speed and quality of testing
  • Perform functional testing of new features
  • Test responsive web designs and native mobile applications

    • It’s all about you
  • At least 3 years of commercial experience in web testing
  • Confident working with Jira, Confluence, and various test management systems
  • Hands-on experience using DevTools for testing and debugging
  • Familiarity with relational or document-oriented databases (querying, editing, deleting data)
  • Experience with Proxy debugging tools (e.g., Charles, Proxyman, Fiddler)
  • Proficiency with Postman, Swagger, or similar tools for API testing
  • Solid understanding of SCRUM methodologies and SDLC
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing requirements
  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies
  • Experience testing responsive websites and native mobile apps
  • Intermediate or higher level of English
  • Attention to detail and a critical mindset
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Problem-solving attitude and learning agility
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and work independently
