Role Overview & Mission: As a Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams to ensure the timely delivery of our software products with the expected features and high quality. Drawing on your expertise as a Scrum Master or Agile-certified professional, you will lead project management efforts by applying Agile principles and best practices to guide and support the Engineering and QA teams. You will proactively identify and mitigate risks, ensure alignment across teams, and drive the successful execution of projects. Your role will include providing clear visibility and updates to stakeholders while upholding the highest standards of product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams to deliver on the product roadmap, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet the expected features.
· Assist in the creation and maintenance of product backlogs in Jira, prioritizing user stories and features based on business value, stakeholder feedback, and strategic goals.
· Develop, manage, and drive project plans to ensure successful implementation within established timelines.
· Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, fostering active participation and engagement from team members across one or more projects.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and any emerging risks or issues.
· Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, resolve potential roadblocks, and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth project execution.
· Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across global teams in Europe and the USA, ensuring alignment on project goals and objectives.
· Maintain a strong focus on product quality throughout the development lifecycle, applying Agile principles and project management best practices to drive successful outcomes.

Required Qualifications
· Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably with Agile teams using Scrum and/or Kanban frameworks.
· Proven track record of delivering high-quality software products on time.
· Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, task delegation, and breaking down projects into epics, user stories, and tasks.
· Proficiency with project management tools, with JIRA experience required.
· Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) in modern engineering teams.
· Exceptional time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
· Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or equivalent Agile certification.
· Fluent in English.
· Ability to work onsite in Paris, France, two days per week.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in a technical role such as Software Engineering, QA, or DevOps.
· Familiarity with Identity Management, Identity Governance, cybersecurity, or related fields.
· Advanced Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Professional, SAFe).
