Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
  • PHP 45,000 to PHP 65,000 per month.
  • 02:30 PM to 11:30 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (Aligned with UK time).
  • Required to work during the Philippine holidays.

About the Role

As an Estimator, you'll be a key player in the project delivery and sales cycle. This role reports directly to the Estimating Manager, who is based in the United Kingdom and supports the business development and internal sales teams by producing detailed, timely quotations that influence successful bids and client partnerships.



Key Responsibilities

  • Review project specifications and drawings to calculate material, labor, and time requirements for washroom installations.
  • Deliver timely and competitive quotations that support the sales team in securing new business and contracts.
  • Create and update project opportunities in the CRM system, ensuring follow-ups are scheduled and tracked appropriately.
  • Work closely with the UK-based Estimating Manager to ensure all quotes meet company standards and align with business goals.
  • Keep accurate records of estimates, assumptions, and communications for transparency and future reference.
  • Submit regular reports on quotation volumes, conversion rates, and pipeline insights to support strategic planning.
  • Identify areas to improve estimating efficiency, pricing accuracy, and workflow effectiveness.


Experience & Software

  • Previous experience in estimating, quantity surveying, or quoting, ideally in construction or a related field.
  • Experience working with commercial specifications, technical drawings, and project documents.
  • Background in working with internal sales or business development teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product-based estimating (e.g., fixtures, fittings, accessories) is beneficial.
     

Software

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data entry, formatting).
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, CostX, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working with PDFs, digital drawings, and cloud-based tools.
