Your Role

As a Product Administrator, you will:

  • Monitor retail marketplace competitor activity weekly and create internal reports
  • Manage promotional communication approvals, ticketing checks and promotional pricing loads
  • Completing website audits to ensure product listings are relevant
  • Create product codes, kit codes, supplier codes and SX codes in Nav as well as barcode images
  • Maintain product and supplier details in NAV ie descriptions, flaggings, pricing
  • Complete NAV master data audits to ensure data integrity
  • Complete documentation audits for supplier compliance and liaise with suppliers to collect documents
  • Complete stock transfers

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • 2+ years’ administrative experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Navision is advantageous but not essential
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Intermediate PowerPoint
  • Intermediate Word
