In addition, workforce and education leaders from across the country have visited CareerWise to learn about our youth apprenticeship model. Job Summary
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator, reporting to the Director of Solutions Engineering will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of campaigns, data integrity, platform integrations, and system performance within Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). You will work closely with marketing, product, and technology teams to support the development, execution, and optimization of automated marketing journeys, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer engagement strategies.
The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator will play a key role in maximizing the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, driving customer engagement, and supporting the overall product & marketing strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing:
MARKETING AUTOMATION | Strong understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its key features, including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Salesforce Connector, Distributed Marketing, Mobile Studio and Audience Builder.
TECHNICAL PRODUCT SOLVING | Ability to troubleshoot system issues, implement solutions, and manage integrations of the data flow between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
DETAIL ORIENTED | An eye for detail when it comes to building journeys,ensuring data accuracy, system configurations, and marketing automation are flawless.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT & COMMUNICATION | Ability to collaborate across multiple teams, communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
INNOVATION | You will explore, research, and propose new ways to build marketing automation that meets industry standards and drives adoption of marketing automation with a data mindset.
Key competencies to be successful in this role:
Experience with and solid understanding of Salesforce & Marketing Cloud.
Salesforce Associate certification or higher is required
Marketing Cloud Administration or higher is required
Basic to moderate knowledge of AMPScript, SQL, and HTML, bonus if you have used Einstein in emails to provide the best message to the individual person
Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools to enhance campaign tracking and optimization
Understanding of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other data privacy regulations
Familiarity with datorama, tableau, or other marketing intelligence tools to monitor and visualize marketing journeys
Ability to determine priority tasks and manage other requests according to priority order
Demonstrates a commitment to the principles of DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion)
Lives out the CareerWise values and has a passion for the CareerWise mission and vision
Additional proficiencies:
3+ years of Marketing Cloud administration experience with a complex journeys that include multiple decision splits based on data updates in SF, AMPScript, and multiple data sources
2+ years of experience in digital marketing tracking tools like Google Analytics
Analytical and creative thinker
Experience using Google Suite and project management software (like Jira, Lucid, etc.)
Comfort with change and ambiguity
Experience and interest in working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to understand and interpret the multiple complexities of the evolving youth apprenticeship movement

Location:
This role is 100% remote, but it’s a bonus if you live near one of our flagship cities of Denver or New York City. There will be occasions (possibly 2-4 times per year) for staff to travel for in-person meetings and/or training. Exceptions will be made for special circumstances.
Compensation:
The salary range for this role is: $68,958 to $106,090 annually; this role is exempt from overtime and the minimum wage provisions of the FLSA. CareerWise offers a generous benefits package including group medical, dental, and vision plans, short-term disability, 100% vested 401k plan with a 3% employer contribution, and flexible time off.
