We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Technical Architect to join our team and drive growth and expansion for our business.
As the Operations Technical Architect at Mutualink, you’ll play a central role in transforming the company’s internal operations through systems design, automation, and AI-driven process improvements. You’ll work closely with leadership across operations, engineering, and customer success to identify bottlenecks, design scalable solutions, and lead initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and decision-making across the business.
This role is ideal for someone who’s part engineer, part systems thinker, and fully motivated to build lasting infrastructure that supports a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Director of Operations and senior leadership to audit and optimize cross-functional workflows
Design and implement internal systems (CRM, automation, dashboards) to improve performance visibility and reduce manual overhead
Build and maintain lightweight technical tools using platforms like n8n, Airtable, and custom GPT integrations
Lead the development of AI-powered support tools (e.g., diagnostic bots, internal Q&A systems)
Drive operational metrics tracking (e.g., OKRs, support SLAs, project throughput) through integrated dashboards and process instrumentation
Translate ambiguous problems into scalable systems across operations, technical support, and business intelligence
Identify and own high-leverage internal initiatives from start to finish
Qualifications:
2–4+ years of experience in technical consulting, operations, systems design, or support automation
Proficiency with tools such as n8n, Airtable, Notion, or similar workflow builders
Strong understanding of APIs, SaaS architecture, and modern AI capabilities (LLMs, chatbot frameworks, data enrichment)
Excellent communication and change management skills; ability to drive adoption across technical and non-technical teams
A builder’s mindset with an eye for both detail and scalability
Bonus: experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), Botpress, or internal tooling stacks

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package (Health, Vision, Dental and Group Life Insurance, 401K Plan, PTO, and Holiday Pay), a great team to work with and a mission that you can be part of that will absolutely make a difference. This position offers a fixed annual base salary. Promotional and advancement opportunities are available to reach top pay.
For informational purposes only, the salary range for an Operations Technical Architect begins at $110,000.00, with a mid-range of $120,000.00 and a top pay of $130,000.00. This pay range can be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Company and does not include variable, performance-based compensation which can be applicable.
