This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday; 9am - 11am and 2pm-4pm AEST Sydney (4Hrs a day)

Job Description

Take ownership of the final stages in our premium property photography workflow, where you’ll play a crucial role in delivering polished, professional images that help properties stand out in the market. Working with cutting-edge tools and platforms, you’ll perfect and process professional real estate photography while managing digital assets across multiple projects. This position offers excellent growth potential as the company expands, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and develop new skills in social media management and digital marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Execute professional photo editing using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Lightroom)
  • Manage digital assets through Monday.com, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery
  • Apply and remove watermarks with precision and attention to detail
  • Place strategic pin drops on property photos to highlight key features
  • Process revision requests from real estate agents with quick turnaround
  • Handle social media content posting and management
  • Maintain clear communication with team members about project status
  • Ensure quality control of all delivered materials
  • Manage and organize digital assets efficiently
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years experience in photo editing and digital asset management
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection capable of handling large file transfers
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Experience in real estate photography editing is a plus
