AI Specialist Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to conceptualize and implement sophisticated AI systems that operate autonomously, creating scalable solutions that transform business operations without requiring human intervention.

Basic Requirements

• A proven track record of thinking AI-first (if you're still writing code before consulting AI tools, this role isn't for you)
• 5+ years of professional experience in the tech trenches
• Strong command of Python and AWS ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with modern GenAI assistants like Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, and v0.dev
• Demonstrated success in implementing Generative AI solutions with measurable business impact
• Deep expertise in leveraging various LLM APIs (GPT, Claude, Mistral) to tackle real-world business challenges

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
