We are looking to make a key appointment for a Head of Marketing & Acquisition to lead all growth and performance marketing efforts at 10 Ten Gaming. This senior role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of our user acquisition strategy across digital, affiliate, and influencer channels—driving brand visibility, accelerating player growth, and shaping our go-to-market approach in the competitive U.S. sweepstakes market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Set and Drive the Growth Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to attract and retain players across multiple digital channels in the U.S.
    Manage Performance Metrics: Take accountability for growth KPIs by optimising spend and driving results across paid social, programmatic media, SEO/ASO, affiliates, and influencer partnerships.
  • Build and Lead Teams & Partnerships: Oversee internal and external teams, including creative agencies, media buyers, and affiliate networks, to deliver scalable acquisition campaigns.
  • Craft Messaging and Positioning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with our brand identity and compliant with sweepstakes guidelines.
    Leverage Data for Growth: Use funnel analysis, A/B testing, and key performance indicators like CAC and LTV to inform strategy and maximise ROI.
  • Ensure Regulatory Alignment: Stay up to date with and operate in accordance with relevant U.S. sweepstakes laws and promotional gaming standards.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within sweepstakes or online casino verticals
  • Demonstrated ability to scale acquisition via paid channels, affiliates, influencers, or virality
  • Strong understanding of U.S. digital ad platforms and marketing compliance (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with experience working in high-growth or startup environments
  • Both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to execute as well as lead
  • Genuine enthusiasm for gaming and delivering great customer experiences
