Gifted Healthcare – Education Recruiting Coordinator

The Education Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the success of our recruitment team within the education space

Location: This is a remote position, but you must reside in the U.S. within the EST or CST time zones. 


Primary Expectations and Objectives of the Recruiting Coordinator:

  • Actively source, screen, and qualify high-volume candidates and schedule them to speak with a recruiter.
  • Prospect within ATS and job boards to identify quality candidates and build rapport through phone and text outreach.
  • Manage job postings and lead pipelines to ensure all applicants are contacted promptly and moved efficiently through the process.
  • Partner with recruiters to ensure all qualified leads are contracted or scheduled
  • Provide administrative and operational support for active candidate management including resume formatting, compliance tracking, and credentialing coordination.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for current field staff regarding payroll questions, timesheet corrections, and general support needs.
  • Provide backup recruiter coverage during PTO or high-volume periods.
  • Create and manage targeted e-mail and text campaigns for outreach and engagement.
  • Accurately document all activity, communication, and outcomes in the ATS using proper journal entries.
  • Foster strong working relationships across cross-functional departments (credentialing, compliance, sales, operations) to ensure smooth workflow and candidate experience.
  • Deliver excellent internal and external customer service in alignment with Gifted Healthcare’s values – Go Go, Integrity, Fun, Trust, Exceeds Expectations, Dignity.


Key Metrics for Success:

  • Fast and efficient contact and qualification of incoming leads
  • High engagement rates from outreach campaigns
  • Accurate and timely documentation in ATS
  • Responsive and helpful candidate support (especially related to payroll/timesheets)
  • Positive feedback from recruiters and candidates supported


Position Requirements:

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and establish meaningful relationships with a wide range of candidate personalities and backgrounds
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, high-volume sourcing or recruiting coordination role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Team-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Working knowledge of ATS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in education or staffing support preferred, but not required

Compensation range: $17-$19 an hour
