IAM Technical Consultants – One Identity Manager 


Location: Europe


Intragen is a leader in cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) software solutions with amazing teams in 5 European countries. We’re looking for a dynamic and driven IAM Technical Consultants to work on cutting-edge IAM projects working with an expanding client base.


Job Description


As an IAM Consultant, you will play a crucial role in guiding our clients through the implementation and optimisation of OIM Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. You will work closely with customers to align IAM strategies with their business needs, providing expertise in translating technical concepts into business value. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage technical processes, and the competence to serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities


  • Customer Guidance: Work closely with customers to guide them through strategic decisions regarding IAM deployments, helping them understand how IAM aligns with their business needs and objectives.
  • Technical Translation: Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of IAM solutions and their benefits.
  • Ticket Management: Handle ticketing workflows related to customer requests, ensuring prompt responses, effective solutions, and maintaining high levels of service quality throughout the process.
  • Onboarding Optimisation: Optimise onboarding and support processes for clients by identifying potential bottlenecks, implementing best practices, and ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Customer Training: Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for customers to enhance their understanding of IAM tools and best practices, empowering them to manage their identity infrastructure.
  • IAM Assessments: Conduct IAM assessments for clients, identifying gaps in their environments and providing actionable recommendations to enhance security and efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Fluent English language skills and ideally language skills in Finnish, Dutch, German or Greek.
  • 3 years+ experience working on complex technical Quest One Identity Manager solutions ideally including the following:
  • Installing One Identity solutions (database, job services, web services).
  • Understanding of One Identity database schema and relationships for troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of SQL procedures and One Identity configuration.
  • Experience with custom connectors (PowerShell, SCIM, CSV, etc.) and non-standard OOTB connectors (EPIC, ServiceNow).
  • Proficiency in One Identity coding (VB.net, Angular, custom processes, permissions configuration, report editing).
  • Any knowledge of Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, Workato desirable.
  • Skilled in managing and resolving IAM issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Experience in agile methodologies ideal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to translate complex technical IAM concepts into clear, business-friendly language for non-technical stakeholders.
