We are currently searching for a Project Manager:

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, and financial constraints.
• Translate client requirements into technical specifications by aligning business capabilities with technology solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design system architectures and configure solutions.
• Manage project migrations (e.g., tool-to-tool transitions) and oversee quality assurance for deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Implement change management processes and drive post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on business systems.
• Proven expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Strong business analysis skills to translate macro-level client needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Experience in system architecture design and cross-functional team leadership.
• Project migration experience (e.g., transitioning systems/tools).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desired:

• Familiarity with ERP systems or business process optimization.

Languages

• Advanced Oral English.
• Native Spanish.
