We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Talent Sourcing Sr. Consultant who thrives on building innovative pipelines, advising business leaders, and driving talent acquisition excellence. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead sourcing strategies for high volume and hard-to-fill roles, bring labor market insights to life, and partner with HR and TA teams to fuel our future workforce. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a subject-matter expert and strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition, influencing the adoption of innovative sourcing strategies and operational best practices to drive excellence across large-scale initiatives.
  • Design and implement tailored sourcing strategies for specific lines of business, leveraging creative and proactive approaches to build qualified and diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain “ready now” talent pipelines for high volume and hard-to-fill roles, ensuring business continuity and long-term workforce planning.
  • Provide data-driven labor market insights and consultative support to business leaders and TA partners, shaping recruitment strategies aligned with business needs and market dynamics.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor intelligence, and sourcing innovations, continuously refining approaches to meet evolving business demands and recommend process improvements as needed.
  • Foster strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition peers, recruiters, hiring managers, and senior leaders to ensure alignment and mutual accountability in sourcing outcomes.

Education
  • 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment strategy, or talent acquisition consulting preferred.
  • Experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, Indeed Resume, Boolean search, CRM- Beamery, social and niche platforms preferred.

Supervisory Responsibilities
  • This job does not have supervisory duties.

  • In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $62,800.00 - 114,175.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.

The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
