Brown & Brown is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our growing team in Remote.

The Full Stack Developer will have the opportunity to contribute to ensuring that application business needs and performance requirements are met. The role requires technical skills across a breadth of technologies and regular interaction with both user communities and the technical team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining both front-end and back-end components, ensuring system performance, scalability, and user satisfaction.

How You Will Contribute:

• Develop and maintain efficient, reusable, scalable and reliable code.

• Conduct functional and non-functional testing.

• Troubleshoot and debug applications effectively and efficiently.

• Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

• Understand and follow good code automation concepts and principles.

• Understand client requirements and how they translate to new application features.

• Provide estimates for new change requests.

• Collaborate with development team and other IT staff to set specifications for new applications.

• Evaluate existing applications and understand how to modernize.

• Develop technical documents as required to accurately represent application design and code.

• Perform code reviews and ensure best coding practices.

Skills & Experience to Be Successful: 

• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.

• 5+ years of experience of design, code and maintain software applications ASP.NET, .Net Core, C#, MVC, Entity Framework, SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, HTML, JavaScript, ReactJS, Typescript, jQuery, CSS, JSON, XML and XSL.

• Strong experience developing REST APIs using .Net Core technologies.

• 3+ years of frontend development crafting beautiful, responsive interfaces using JavaScript, Typescript, ReactJS, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

• Collaborate with business and technical subject matter experts to design robust, scalable, and secure applications.

• Perform maintenance of existing software, with bug fixes and enhancements.

• Strong understanding of responsive design, web standards, and cross-browser compatibility.

• Experience with Azure Cloud technologies.

• Experience with CICD tools, Azure DevOps.

• Solid understanding of Database Design and Architecture.

Pay Range

The pay range provided above is made in good faith and based on our lowest and highest annual salary or hourly rate paid for the role and takes into account years of experience required, geography, and/or budget for the role.
