ERP Finance Assistant

Focus is looking for an ERP Finance Assistant to help our school district customers with our payroll solution. The ERP FInance Assistant should have accounting and customer service skills.

Expected Education and Experience:

4-year Bachelor’s degree or a year of experience in a similar position within software, finance, or a technology-related industry. Recent Accounting Graduates are welcome to apply!

Job Duties:

Includes travel up to 15%, mostly in Florida.
Demonstrates solid character, integrity, and business ethics
Reports research and all updates to the Director
Comfortable with simultaneous projects – large, small, and sometimes unplanned – while assisting the Director
Comfortable going to the necessary lengths to meet quality standards, priorities, and every deadline
Helps implement and support our payroll system - with an emphasis on balancing payroll and accounting reports.
