We are seeking a Senior Product Manager at Director or Senior Manager level to help manage the product ownership and strategic development of our vendor-facing platform and overall CORL platform. Role Overview

As the Senior Product Manager, you will play a critical role in leading the vision, development, and enhancement of CORL's vendor-facing platform and overall CORL platform solutions. Reporting directly to Sr. Director of Product, you will serve as the owner for our third-party risk management product stack, translating complex requirements into intuitive product experiences. This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates clearly, and delivers customer value iteratively. You'll work cross-functionally to shape and execute CORL's product vision and strategy while staying deeply connected to our customers' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing).
  • Translate complex market and customer requirements into clear product strategies and detailed requirements.
  • Drive product discovery through customer interviews, data analysis, and competitive research.
  • Collaborate with design (Figma) and technology (Jira) to prototype, validate, and ship impactful solutions.
  • Iterate based on user feedback and usage analytics (Pendo), prioritizing outcomes over perfection.
  • Ensure transparency and timely communication of product progress, risks, and schedule changes.
  • Advocate for the voice of the customer, ensuring user-centric development.
  • Monitor performance of product features and continuously seek opportunities to optimize them.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B or enterprise SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing software products.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills - able to craft compelling narratives and clearly articulate technical and business concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills with a bias for action and accountability.
  • Strategic thinker who can also dive deep into technical details.
  • Fluent with tools - Jira, Figma, and Pendo.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process efficiency.
  • Effective initiative prioritization that drive organizational success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare technology or cybersecurity, particularly in regulated environments.
  • Background in enterprise software development.
  • Bonus: Experience in product design or direct interaction with end users to inform feature development.
  • Bonus: Background in human-centered design or usability testing.
