Do you have a flair for content creation, social media strategy, and legal trendspotting? Are you highly organized, digitally savvy, and passionate about helping a brand grow with purpose?
Dalal & Mehta, a virtual immigration law firm based in the United States, is looking for a Marketing Administrator based in the Philippines to lead and execute our digital presence.
You’ll manage everything from content creation to backend marketing tasks—all while helping us stay on top of legal trends that matter to our immigrant audience.
🔹 Location: Philippines (Remote)
🔹 Hours: Full-Time | U.S. Eastern Time

Content Creation & Social Media
Write, schedule, and publish high-quality posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and more
Repurpose content across reels, stories, carousels, infographics, and video clips
Design visuals using Canva or similar tools
Build and maintain a content calendar with timely, relevant posts in the immigration law space
Legal Trend Tracking & Audience Growth
Monitor U.S. immigration policy changes and legal news to develop timely social content
Work closely with firm attorneys to translate complex legal updates into engaging, shareable posts
Track engagement and follower metrics; suggest data-driven improvements
Help position the firm as a go-to resource for immigrants across platforms
Backend Marketing & Blogging
Draft, edit, and post SEO-optimized blogs on our website
Submit legal content to online publications (e.g., Adsy.com and similar platforms)
Manage Google Business listings and directories
Handle newsletter campaigns, web updates, and internal communications as needed
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, or partners when required
2+ years of marketing experience (bonus if for legal, professional services, or U.S.-based clients)
Strong English writing and editing skills
An eye for design and basic experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
Familiarity with social scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal oversight
Bonus: Basic knowledge of U.S. immigration law or legal terminology
