To attract, evaluate, and onboard high-quality candidates in the Dominican Republic while promoting Magic’s employer brand and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

The impact you’ll make:

  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the Dominican Republic.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, networking, and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
  • Stay informed on local labor market trends and talent acquisition best practices.
  • Promote Magic’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Officer, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in the Dominican Republic.
  • Strong knowledge of local hiring practices, labor laws, and sourcing strategies.
  • Experience using various recruitment platforms, job boards, and social media for talent sourcing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools is a plus.
