Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity in the large and growing segment of healthcare and well-being. As a member of the ComPsych Online Products team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative work environment. You will use your QA expertise to collaborate with a small, but growing team through quality assurance efforts on projects critical to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who proposes solutions, follows a disciplined approach, and has a “team attitude”. The Quality Assurance Analyst will operate as an integral part of a high-performing technical team and will be expected to clearly communicate project status to senior team members and management, proactively assist peers and resolve conflicts, work productively with other team members, and take the initiative to self-manage.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Verify business applications and services meet specified requirements
  • Coordinate and communicate QA cycles with development managers and business analysts
  • Develop test plans and test cases for feature, regression, and load testing of software releases
  • Reviews tests and test scripts for completeness and accuracy
  • Execute test cases and report defects found; propose ideas to correct processes to avoid future defects
  • Present testing status to management and facilitate acceptance testing with stakeholders
  • Expand QA knowledge base
  • Automate end-to-end test cases using Selenium and Protractor Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

  • Experience verifying deliverables from numerous full lifecycle software development projects
  • Bachelor of Science (BS) in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
  • 3+ years of industry experience in a QA Analyst role
  • Experience with testing web applications and/or experience in the healthcare industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of relational databases along with development and data modeling experience is highly desirable
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, WebDriver, Protractor, Cypress, and/or JUnit is preferred

  • Must have high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption or noise
  • Ability to be on camera when attending work related trainings, meetings and/or events
  • Must be able to sit or stand at desk for prolonged periods of time while working on a computer
