Role Summary:
Kunai is looking for a thoughtful, relationship-driven Client Partner to join our team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of the health, growth, and day-to-day operations of a set of client accounts. You’ll be the go-to person for your clients—building trust, driving delivery alignment, and ensuring we’re always exceeding expectations.
Client Partners at Kunai work with a high degree of autonomy, sound judgment, and a strong problem-solving mindset. You’ll strengthen client relationships, guide delivery teams, identify growth opportunities, and step in early when risks arise. This is a high-touch, high-impact role that requires empathy, communication savvy, and a strong understanding of how to navigate both client needs and internal priorities.
