Job description

Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) – Telehealth (Remote, California-Based)

Location: Campbell, California

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000 per year + benefits

We believe in holding space not only for our clients but also for the clinicians who care for them. Our work culture is grounded in clinical integrity, human-centered connection, and supportive independence. We are now inviting a California-licensed LPCC to join our expanding team of like-minded professionals.

In this role, you will provide psychotherapy to individuals (and optionally, couples and families) through secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platforms. You’ll work collaboratively with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy in shaping your clinical focus and caseload. This is an ideal role for LPCCs who are passionate about providing relational, holistic, and meaningful care, without the burnout of traditional agency settings.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct individual (and optionally group, couple, or family) therapy via telehealth
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with client goals
  • Maintain timely, ethical, and accurate documentation within our EHR system
  • Participate in optional peer consultation, CEUs, and professional development
  • Build therapeutic relationships based on trust, nonjudgment, and cultural humility

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted LPCC license in California (must be in good standing)
  • Minimum of 1 year post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience a plus)
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
  • Proficient in or willing to learn digital tools (e.g., EHR, secure video platforms)
  • Strong ethical foundation and understanding of California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations

Benefits

  • Clinicians enjoy professional independence within a structured, supportive team
  • Flexible caseload – build your ideal client load and schedule
  • Autonomy + support – full clinical independence with access to consults and supervision (if desired)
  • Competitive compensation – per-session or salaried options available
  • Admin and tech support – we handle scheduling, billing, and insurance so you can focus on care
  • HIPAA-compliant EHR and telehealth platform
  • Professional development – optional CEUs, training stipends, and case consultation
  • A values-based team culture that prioritizes clinical excellence, compassion, and community

Make the next step in your professional journey one that matters. We’re excited to meet you.
