As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the nuances of traffic and affiliate business, and is ready to take full ownership of their results.
Actively search for and engage new partners through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, conferences)
Conduct product presentations and tailored sales pitches
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure and onboarding coordination
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key KPIs (number of new partners, deal volume, revenue)
Maintain and update client data and pipelines in CRM
Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, tech, finance) to ensure successful deal implementation
1+ year of experience in sales in iGaming, gambling, affiliate marketing, or similar gray/complex niches
Strong understanding of affiliate models, traffic, CPA, SEO, and arbitrage
Experience with CRM systems, sales scripts, email outreach, and calendar tools
English at Intermediate+ level (both written and spoken)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
