Job description

We are an iGaming company with over three years of experience and a team of more than 1300+ specialists.

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Sales Manager who thrives in dynamic environments, understands the nuances of traffic and affiliate business, and is ready to take full ownership of their results.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively search for and engage new partners through outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn, conferences)

  • Conduct product presentations and tailored sales pitches

  • Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure and onboarding coordination

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key KPIs (number of new partners, deal volume, revenue)

  • Maintain and update client data and pipelines in CRM

  • Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, legal, tech, finance) to ensure successful deal implementation

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in sales in iGaming, gambling, affiliate marketing, or similar gray/complex niches

  • Strong understanding of affiliate models, traffic, CPA, SEO, and arbitrage

  • Experience with CRM systems, sales scripts, email outreach, and calendar tools

  • English at Intermediate+ level (both written and spoken)

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and manage priorities
