What experience is important to us:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing within gambling, betting, or performance marketing verticals.

  • 2+ years in a leadership role with a strong focus on user acquisition strategies.

  • Proven track record of building acquisition departments from the ground up and scaling teams to 10+ specialists.

  • Hands-on experience as a media buyer, including direct traffic purchasing, campaign setup, and optimization.

  • Experience entering new markets, particularly in Southeast Asia (e.g., Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand).

  • Management of advertising budgets exceeding $500K/month with consistent achievement of KPIs (e.g., FTD, ARPU, ROI).

  • Practical experience in A/B testing (creatives, landing pages, offers).

  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Looker, GA4, Tableau, Amplitude, or similar platforms.

  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics: FTD %, ARPU, LTV, churn rate, deposit frequency.

  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to optimize partnership terms.

  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher, enabling effective communication with partners, teams, and for handling documentation.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive annual strategy for user acquisition across all relevant channels and markets.

  • Build, manage, and scale a high-performing acquisition team, including specialists in Affiliate Marketing, Media Buying, PPC, SEO, and more.

  • Oversee the growth and optimization of all major acquisition channels, including affiliate programs, SEO, paid search, social media, UAC, influencer marketing, ASO, and others.

  • Identify, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners, ad networks, and media platforms, negotiating favorable terms and ensuring seamless integration.

  • Monitor traffic quality and campaign performance using BI tools to detect fraud, analyze conversion rates, and track retention metrics.

  • Lead partner negotiations, including structuring compensation models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid), setting performance KPIs, and defining bonus schemes.

  • Design and execute A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, funnels, and acquisition channels to optimize performance.

  • Research and implement innovative or region-specific user acquisition channels to reach new audiences and drive growth.

  • Build tracking systems and dashboards for performance monitoring, conduct cohort and funnel analysis, and map user journeys.

  • Manage advertising budgets of $300K+ per month, ensuring optimal ROI, LTV, and ARPU through strategic planning and cost control.

  • Collaborate with product teams to localize creatives and landing pages, and run A/B tests to improve conversion across user funnels.

  • Launch and manage community-based marketing initiatives through local forums, streamers, and interest groups to drive engagement and acquisition.
