Title: Summer PR Intern Location: Remote (LA or NY preferred) Duration: May – August 2025 Time Commitment: Up to 30 hours/week Compensation: Unpaid; school credit available About the Role As a PR Intern, you'll support the Communications team on a range of public relations initiatives—from product launches to media outreach to brand awareness campaigns. You'll gain real-world experience in the fast-paced beauty industry while helping shape the voice and visibility of a growing brand. What You'll Do Update and maintain media lists Draft editor pitches and outreach materials Research relevant press contacts and coverage trends Help coordinate product send-outs Monitor online and print media for brand mentions Track and compile press coverage Support events and activations Participate in weekly team meetings and brainstorms Keep a pulse on social media and beauty industry trends What We're Looking For Passion for the beauty industry, media, and current trends Strong writing and communication skills Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Experience with Google Workspace; PR tools like Muck Rack or Launchmetrics a plus Previous PR, marketing, journalism, or communications experience preferred Additional Notes This job description is not all inclusive.
