We are looking for a chef working full-time, with a 50/50 approach, prepping meals off-site, and serving/finishing onsite (to reduce household numbers, food smell, and because the kitchen is small).
You will be hired by a company in Qatar. The client is based in Lancaster Gate, W2 3NP, London. You will need to do the following:
Design menus
Prepare food off-site and serve on-site
Making palatable, nutritious food to support cancer treatment
Middle Eastern cuisine is preferred due to cultural familiarity.
The client's primary nutritional goal is to help her regain weight and strength, with an emphasis on higher protein and balanced macros.
Number of people served: Primarily one (your mother), with occasional meals for others in the household if needed.
Meal structure: To prepare all necessary meals for the entire week
Rate is at £70k per year
