We are seeking a talented and self driven
Sr. Full Stack Engineer to join our DevOps team. In this role, your primary focus will be improving our operational reliability, performance, and security. You will assist with production support for our multiple SaaS platforms, work on resolving security issues, perform framework and library upgrades, and other code maintenance tasks as needed to achieve the company's security and reliability standards. You will be involved in creating internal tooling and assisting with our containerization initiatives. If you are passionate about modern software development practices,

Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America.
Primary Responsibilities
● Lead modernization project to upgrade our legacy .NET 3.5 code to .NET 4.8 or migrate it to .NET 8.x where appropriate.
● Design and develop internal tools to enhance the efficiency of the DevOps team.
● Assist with containerization efforts.
● Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline development using GitHub or Azure DevOps.
● Participate in security testing and implementation of best practices.
Required Skills & Experience ● 5+ years of professional web application development experience with .NET technologies.
● Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, and Microsoft SQL Server.
● Proven experience in modernizing legacy .NET applications.
● Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript.
● Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
● Solid understanding of software containerization principles and Docker.
● Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
● Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have● Experience with .NET mobile or desktop technologies such as MAUI.
● Experience with Python, Ruby on Rails, or PHP or PostgreSQL.
● Knowledge of microservice architecture and implementation.
● Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration platforms
● Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS or Azure.
● Experience with GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps for CI/CD
● Understanding of AI-assisted development workflows and tools
● Background in security testing and implementation.
● Experience with agile development methodologies.
