People Partner

What will you be doing? You will be working as part of the CFK People Team, partnering and supporting our Delivery Teams (aka the fantastic teams of volunteers working 'on the ground', designing and delivering our nutrition programmes to empower children & their families to turn away from UPF's and eat real foods in their place!) Your Responsibilities Will Include Organisational/department design and development Recruitment and Selection Business Partnering People Projects inline with People Strategy and Plan Volunteer engagement What are we looking for? Experience as HR Business Partner or Manager (covering all aspects of employee lifecycle) Experience working in start up and/or growing organisations would be advantageous Strong communication and interpersonal skills A clear and visible passion for improving the health and wellbeing of children through nutrition and activity The ability to dedicate time to attend team meetings regularly, integrate yourself into the team you are supporting, and have the time to recruit new volunteers. CIPD qualified (or similar) What difference will you make?
