Job description

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a top candidate to join our team as Jira Developer Administrator.

Compensation:
COP 5M - 9.5M/month.

Location:
Remote (anywhere).

What makes you a strong candidate:
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Jira.
  • You are proficient in Atlassian Jira, Atlassian ecosystem, Kanban, and Scrum.
  • English - Native or fully fluent.
Responsibilities and more:
We are looking for a professional with over 3 years of experience in JIRA administration and development, specializing in the Atlassian ecosystem. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of tools such as Atlassian Server/Cloud, ScriptRunner, JQL, and the configuration of automated workflows and custom scripting.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer, configure, and develop solutions on Atlassian JIRA (Software and Service Management).
  • Design custom workflows, fields, screens, notification schemes, automation rules, etc.
  • Integrate JIRA with other tools and systems (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools).
  • Develop scripts and automations using ScriptRunner or similar tools.
  • Participate in the migration and upgrade of Atlassian environments.
  • Provide technical and functional support to internal teams for effective use of JIRA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.


Requirements
  • Knowledge and application of agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, with a focus on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and value delivery.
  • Strong analytical skills, results-oriented mindset, and proven ability to efficiently solve complex technical problems.
  • Intermediate level of English (B1/B2).
Nice to have:
  • Certifications in Atlassian tools or agile methodologies.
  • Experience in consulting and implementing Atlassian solutions.
  • Knowledge of additional add-ons such as BigPicture, Tempo, and EazyBI.
  • Experience with ITSM, PPM, Lean/Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban processes.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
