Job description

The Digital Platform QA Tester will ensure the quality and performance of Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 applications supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs. This role involves designing and executing test cases, performing user acceptance testing, and ensuring that complex business rules are effectively implemented and validated.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute test cases for Power Platform applications (Canvas, Model-driven).
  • Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing for D365 CRM modules.
  • Validate configurations, security roles, workflows, and integrations with Power Automate.
  • Document defects and work closely with developers and architects to ensure resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are fully testable and met.
  • Support testing of integrations with in-house and third-party systems (e.g., Azure, SharePoint).


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  •  3–5 years of QA experience testing Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Familiar with tools like Azure DevOps, TestRail, and Power Platform Admin Center.
  •  Knowledge of Agile methodology and testing life cycles.
  • Salesforce or ServiceNow experience is a plus but not required.
