As a Talent Acquisition Advisor supporting the Digital Technology function, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical and leadership roles within software engineering, cybersecurity, data science, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and related digital disciplines. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and the broader talent acquisition team to develop sourcing strategies, build diverse pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. 

 

What You Will Do: 

  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to offer acceptance for digital technology roles.

  • Partner with Digital Technology leaders to understand current and future talent needs. 

  • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract top digital talent (including passive candidates). 

  • Utilize tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, and CRM platforms to manage candidate pipelines. 

  • Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit. 

  • Provides recommendations to improve interviewing and recruiting efficiency. 

  • Serves as the subject matter expert for hiring managers to evaluate, develop, and refine sourcing and recruitment strategies 

  • Coordinate interviews and feedback with hiring teams; manage the offer process, including compensation discussions and pre-employment activities. 

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, employment laws, and OFCCP regulations. 

  • Contribute to employer branding and DE&I initiatives within tech talent communities. 

  • Use data and analytics to optimize recruiting strategies and drive continuous improvement. 

 

Qualifications You Must Have:  

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience 

  • 3+ years experience recruiting for digital/technical roles (e.g., software engineers, cloud architects, data scientists). 

  • Experience screening and evaluating candidates through various methods (phone interviewing, writing assessments, etc). 

  • Experience with Workday ATS and recruiting tools (e.g., Yello, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirevue, etc). 

  • Experience working within and enforcing OFCCP hiring guidelines and practices.  

 

Qualifications We Prefer: 

  • Previous recruiting experience in aerospace, defense, or a highly regulated industry. 

  • Experience working in a large matrixed organization. 

  • Sourcing experience and ability to engage passive candidates. 

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, AI/ML, and/or cloud infrastructure technologies.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed. *Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role. 

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
