About The Role
Ready to make a real impact at the forefront of fintech innovation? Kyriba is searching for an experienced and dynamic Implementation Excellence & Adoption Lead to champion the successful adoption and optimal use of our industry-leading platform. In this high-visibility role, you'll empower internal teams and partner consultants, shape best practices, solve complex implementation challenges, and drive long-term success strategies for clients worldwide.
Key Tasks
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding internal teams and partners on Kyriba implementation and adoption best practices.
Develop, promote, and align Kyriba platform best practices with industry standards and company goals.
Ensure efficient deployments and resolve complex challenges throughout the implementation process.
Design tailored solution architectures in collaboration with stakeholders.
Advise internal and external stakeholders on architectural decisions and adoption strategies.
Resolve complex support and implementation issues with deep Kyriba expertise.
Lead initiatives to enhance processes and user experience.
Deliver training sessions and workshops to strengthen team and partner capabilities.
What We're Looking For
10 + years of experience in implementation and solution architecture, with proven in-depth knowledge of the treasury platform.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
Extensive experience with multiple implementations
Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex implementation and support challenges.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and facilitating collaboration.
Ability to adapt to new challenges and drive change within dynamic and fast-paced environments
