Our Communications team is looking for a Assurance Communications Senior Specialist. The Assurance Communications Senior Specialist will have the opportunity to work remotely from within the United States.

The Assurance Communications Senior Specialist will develop, lead and execute innovative internal communications strategies for the Assurance Managing Partner and members of the Assurance Leadership team.

This role will collaborate with the Internal Communications & Editorial Leader to implement a comprehensive strategic communications plan that enables the Assurance Leadership team to create shared success by influencing stakeholder action, driving change and promoting and strengthening Assurance practice culture. The Assurance Communications Sr. Specialist will cultivate and enhance relationships with diverse, key stakeholder groups across the Firm to raise awareness of Assurance priorities, build executive visibility, promote transparency, and foster employee engagement.

As a strategic advisor to the Assurance Leadership Team, this person will plan and implement a broad range of communications deliverables across multiple channels such as webcasts, videos, internal leadership events, meetings, email, intranet and internal digital community platforms. The role will manage timelines, innovate upon existing programs and processes, and measure campaign success.

As an Assurance Communications Senior Specialist, you will: 

  • Create and develop content and manage scope and schedule for moderate to complex communications projects for internal audiences.
  • Ensure Assurance Leadership communications remain focused and relevant to the Firm's overarching strategy and voice and creates and promotes consistent, effective key messages across internal (and external as required) channels.
  • Leverage experience, insight and creativity to influence others to consider innovative solutions to challenges. Anticipate and communicate ramifications of decisions and issues to project stakeholders. Presents alternatives when obstacles and objections arise.
  • Manage project owner expectations. Possess poise and confidence to interact professionally with all levels of management within the firm.
  • Acts as a strategic communications consultant with stakeholders when key business issues are discussed.

  • At least 6 years of experience in marketing/communications. 
  • Experience writing for leaders.

The salary range for this position is included below. Individual salaries within this range are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education, knowledge, skills, and geographic location. Pay Range:

$54,245 to $80,000
