As a Design Sales Engineer (DSE), you will play a key role in designing pre-sales technology solutions that meet our partners’ and end users’ business needs. Collaborating with sales teams and resellers, you will deliver technical guidance, build effective configurations, and clearly communicate the value of proposed solutions. This role is ideal for someone who is technically curious, service-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative, multicultural environment.
Deliver technical presentations to reseller partners and internal teams on current vendor products and offers.
Provide consultative support to partners during solution scoping and design processes.
Design single- and multi-vendor technology solutions tailored to customer requirements.
Translate business challenges into effective, scalable technology solutions.
Build and maintain productive relationships with product managers, sales, and business development teams.
Stay current on industry trends, competitive products, and vendor certifications.
+1 years of relevant work experience; experience with Dell ISG solutions is a plus.
Basic technical certifications (multi-vendor or industry-related) preferred; if not certified, willingness to earn a Dell Skills Certification within 6 months of hire.
Effective communication skills in English (B2+ or above) is required.
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Dell’s ISG product line and the DSC configuration tool is advantageous.
Understanding of server/storage components at a configuration level preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage time, adapt to change, and meet deadlines under pressure.
Collaborative mindset with sensitivity to diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
Comfortable using standard office equipment and basic data entry tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
This is a remote-first position, offering flexibility while maintaining collaboration with global and regional teams.
Occasional local (in-country) travel may be required to attend customer visits, trainings, or team meetings.
On-call availability may be required based on business needs.
